Our founder, Jerry, has dedicated over 18 years of his career in the service industry with a passion to develope leaders. He believes in hard work and rewarding those for it. He believes in developing his team in hopes they can be ready for their next step within Swish or they continue to grow elsewhere. For this reason, he personally trains and continuously educates every Swish team members to upkeep the highest standards.

Starting his career in real estate and continued his years working in management for retailers like Nordstrom and Estée Lauder Company, our founder understood the bottom line, Customer service! With an understanding in real estate, retailers, offices, property management and more, he understood that the first impression was a lasting impression. His customer obsession mind set and eye for detail, lead him to curate Swish.
